Accessibility access

Arugula requests Accessibility access to insert transcribed text at your cursor position. This permission is used solely for text insertion. Arugula does not read, log, or transmit any content from other applications.

Microphone access

Arugula requests microphone access to capture speech for transcription. The microphone is only active while you hold the dictation key. You can revoke microphone access at any time in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone.

Network access

Arugula does not make network requests. It does not connect to the internet. It has no server component, no update mechanism that phones home, and no analytics within the app itself.
